payment policy
- Tutoring Fees: All tutoring fees are payable in advance or at the commencement of each tutoring session, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
- Registration Fee: An annual, non-refundable registration fee of R300 is payable at the beginning of each academic year to secure and maintain a learner’s enrolment.
- Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer, cash, or cheque. Any payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late payment penalty of R50 for every 7 days overdue.
- Refund Policy: In the event that a learner is suspended or expelled due to behavioural misconduct, no refunds will be issued for any unused or remaining sessions.
